💬 Can I return my order?
Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns. But don’t worry — if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

💬 What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, has a quality issue, or you received the wrong quantity, contact us within 14 days and we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

💬 What if the colours look slightly different than expected?
We use high-quality materials and processes, but due to the nature of printing, small variations in colour may occur. These subtle differences are normal and within industry standards.

💬 What happens if my order gets lost in the mail?
If your order doesn’t arrive and is confirmed lost in transit, let us know within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we’ll send you a replacement right away.

💬 What if my package gets returned to sender?
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, rejection at delivery, or going unclaimed, you’ll need to place a new order. In some cases, we can refund the product price from the original order (shipping fees will still apply).
